This workshop is an introduction to living and adopting the paleo lifestyle.
Whole foods and Paleo eating are all the rage at the moment and Brisbane’s very own Paleo expert Leah Williamson – who is, by the way, a celebrity in the Paleo movement, leads a 1-hr session with heaps of nutritional and healthy eating tips to get you started.
She has seasonal recipes for both summer and winter Paleo shows.
For instance, her winter recipes are inspired by the cooler months ahead. Adapting comfort recipes like; bone broths, nourishing soups, roasted veggies and warm latte style drinks. She’ll show how easy it is to use the newest slow cookers and demonstrate recipes that you’ll salivate over.
Along the journey, she fills you in on her personal health, discoveries and WHY she’s so passionate about whole foods and paleo eating.
