About The Show

This workshop is an introduction to living and adopting the Keto lifestyle.

Keto and low carb is all the rage at the moment and Brisbane’s very own Keto expert Leah Williamson – who is, by the way, a celebrity in the Real Food Eating movement leads a 1 hr session with heaps of healthy tips and cooking demonstrations and recipes that you’ll be salivating over.

She fills you in on her personal discovery and WHY she’s so passionate about Keto and low carb eating. She’s the head honcho up at Nourishing Conversations and has her own massive Social media and Podcast called Low Carb Conversations. If you’re interested in what the Keto eating movement is all about you must check out Brisbane’s own Keto Guru herself.
